The Angeles Functional Oncology team has created a proprietary treatment protocol that incorporates both Hyperthermia and Ozone therapies.

Clinical evidence from the US and Europe shows that hyperthermia is most effective when the patient is exposed to the desired temperature (45C) for a period of 2-3 hours. The high-tech, complicated nature of this procedure needs a strict, hospital-controlled environment.

In the SO3H technique, blood is taken from the patient in a constant flow and heated up to 45C by the SO3H system. Ozone is then added into the blood through an Ozonification & UV device that processes the blood. The hyper-oxygenated-heated blood passes through a detoxification filter before returning to the body so toxins and cellular debris can be removed.

During this procedure the patient is carefully monitored at all times by trained staff and the SO3H system.

Studies that have been carried out on Systemic Ozonized Hyperthermia include ‘Treatment with ozone/oxygen-pneumoperitoneum results in complete remission of rabbit squamous cell carcinomas’ by Siegfried Schulz and his team, which appeared in the International Journal of Cancer on May 15 2008 and the book ‘Ozone: A New Medical Drug’ by Velio Bocci is another publication that supports the use of such therapies.
